What is the purpose of StrengthsFinder 2.0?

StrengthsFinder 2.0 is an assessment tool that helps individuals identify and understand their strengths. By discovering one's strengths, you are better able to focus on developing areas that you do well instead of dwelling on weaknesses. Reflection

My strengths, learning style, and personality traits significantly shape both my goals within the Occupational Therapy Doctoral program and my approach to providing care as a future occupational therapist. I have come to understand that I learn most effectively through visual and tactile experiences, which will continue to guide my clinical skills. Additionally, I hope to utilize my core strengths which are consistency, adaptability, and positivity in my future work environment to ensure that I deliver high quality care to my patients. Understanding my personality helps me recognize my preferences and communication style, allowing me to interact more effectively with coworkers and clients. This self-awareness is important in building relationships and promoting trust and collaboration within my environment.
